to meet specifications.
It is yellow-orange to dark orange in color with occasional dark pieces, and has a typical orange flavor, not bitter or sour. 1 4 cut orange peel is the main ingredient in mulling spice. This orange peel can be used in crafts, teas, and potpouris.
